Faith Alive in the Home (F.A.I.T.H.) is the parish family formation ministry that supports parents as their children’s primary teacher and living example of faith. It is specifically designed for families with children ages 3 through 5th grade with an additional option for middle school age youth, called Young Apostles. F.A.I.T.H. is designed to help nurture a relationship with God through prayer, sacrament, and service with the support of a community of families who desire to raise their children in the Catholic Faith.

FAITH sessions are scheduled from October through May on selected Sundays during the month. Please refer to calendar. Families attend breakfast following the 9:30 Mass in the Gym, and participate in adult and children breakout sessions.
Families attend breakfast immediately following the 9:30 Mass and participate in adult and children breakout sessions. Children work in multi-age settings with a team of catechists while the adults participate in a continuing formation setting with other Catholic parents who desire to raise faith-filled children. Sessions focus on topics studied by their children and include a presentation and time for faith sharing.
All adult parishioners are invited to attend F.A.IT.H. sessions. Participation in the adult session is not limited to adults with children or grandchildren enrolled in the F.A.I.T.H.
The children’s text for F.A.I.T.H. is the Finding God series by Loyola Press. Books are provided for children to use at the church sessions. Families have access to additional activities and resources through Loyola’s website: http://www.loyolapress.com/finding-god-13
Families are asked to provide their grade school age children with a Bible and children are asked to bring their Bibles to each church F.A.I.T.H. session. The recommended Bible is the St. Mary’s Press Children’s Bible.
